Add DNS records for a domain from EyHost Customer Portal

The process of adding DNS records for a domain from EyHost Customer Portal is very easy. Still, many of our new customers were facing difficulties while trying to add DNS records for their domain from EyHost Customer Portal. This article is provided as a courtesy to our customers, to help them to add DNS records for their domain from the EyHost Customer Portal. Hope you will find it helpful.

Let’s get started.

Step 1:

Login to your Client Area (Portal) using this link :
https://portal.eyhost.biz/clientarea.php
Input your registered email address and password then click on Login.

Step 2:

Click on Domains, then from the drop-down menu click on My Domains.

Step 3:

Here you will see all of your registered domains.
Now click on blank space (highlighted in the screenshot) right beside the domain name, for which you want to add the DNS record(s).

Step 4:

Here you will get all the options to manage your domain. From the right sub-menus of Manage, click on the Nameservers option.

Step 5:

Click on the radio button for the option Use custom nameservers (enter below) and then fill the Nameserver 1 to Nameserver 4 fields with the following nameserver records:
dns3.eyhost.biz
dns4.eyhost.biz
dns5.eyhost.biz
dns6.eyhost.biz

Afterward, click on the Change Nameservers button. This is a very important and must-do thing if you want to add any DNS records for your domain. Without these default nameservers, the DNS record won’t work.

Step 6:

Now, from the right sub-menus of Manage, click on the DNS Management option. Then, add the required DNS records by selecting the exact record type from the Record Type drop-down as per your requirements and click on the Save Changes button. Please note that It may take up to 24 hours for your added DNS record(s) to propagates globally.
