Let’s get started.
Step 1:
Login to your Client Area (Portal) using this link:
https://portal.eyhost.biz/clientarea.php
Input your registered email address and password then click on Login.

Step 2:
You will see your customer portals dashboard. On the top left side, you will see Notifications section which is accessible on every client area page.

Step 3:
Click on Notifications section, it will expand and you will get to see your credit balance (as notification)

Congratulations! You have successfully checked your available credit balance from your customer portal account.
