How to resolve temporary IP block issue for your site

If you are using our web hosting service and you can’t access your website then this might occur due to the temporary IP block issue. This IP block issue occurs when someone tries to access/log in to his website’s cPanel/Webmail with the wrong credentials several times, then his/her local machines (pc, mobile, etc) public IP will get blacklisted to the main hosting server.  
This article is provided as a courtesy to our customers, to help them successfully resolve the temporary IP block issue for his/her site.

When your local machines (pc, mobile, etc) public IP will get blacklisted, you won’t be able to visit your website. You will get the following error :


Now, Let’s get started to resolve the IP block issue.

Step 1:
From your web browser try to visit your website again (e.g: mytestdomain.com) or just reload the same website from the browser.
You will be asked to resolve a captcha. Resolve the captcha as it is asking. Then click on the VERIFY button.



Step 2:

Once you validate the captcha correctly, your website will be loaded automatically without any issues. If and only if this method doesn’t work, then please proceed with Step 3.

Step 3:

If the method described in Step 1 doesn’t work for you (means no captcha verification is being popped-up to resolve and still you can’t visit your website) then please let us know your local machines (pc, mobile, etc) public IP & website name via a ticket from the portal.
We will take a look and resolve the issue from our end.
