Open Ticket from EyHost Portal (Client Area)

Opening a ticket for support is the easiest way to get support instantly for your issues.Many of our customers were facing difficulties in opening tickets from their Client Area (Portal). 
This article is provided as a courtesy to our customers, to help them open tickets from their EyHost Client Area (Portal).

Let’s get started.

Step 1:
Login to your Client Area (Portal) using this link :

Input your registered email address and password then click on

Step 2:
You will be Redirected to Your Dashboard.
Click on Open Ticket, You will be redirected to the Open ticket page.

Step 3:

Then Select Specified Department according to your issues [e.g: Here we are selecting Technical Support, for demonstration purpose]

Step 4:
In the Subject filed write the short details regarding the issues and in the Message field write the detailed description regarding the issues also you could paste error logs here.
In the Attachment section, you could attach screenshots of the error logs/issues and then click on Submit.

Congratulations! You have Successfully opened Support Ticket from your Client Area (Portal).
