A guide on : Configuring Outlook 2013 Mail Client

Many of our customers were being confused about configuring Outlook Mail Client. This article is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your Outlook software to work with EyHost‘s hosting solutions. Hope you will find it helpful.
Let’s get started.

Step 1 :

Login to your Cpanel

Step 2 :

Type mail in the search box & click on Email Accounts 


Step 3 :

You will See previously created (existing) email accounts, you also could create a new mail account if you want. After creating the mail, click on the CONNECT DEVICES Tab to get the Configuration

Step 4 :

Navigate to the Mail Client Manual Settings and follow the
Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended) Table  for the Manual Mail Client Configuration Setting Details:
We highly recommend to use the Secure SSL/TLS Settings and
You also could use the Non-SSL Settings (As it is less secure so it’s NOT Recommended

             

Step 5 :

As you’ve got the Manual Configuration Setting, Now Launch your Outlook Mail Client from the Start Menu. 

Step 6 :

Click on File 


Step 7 :

Click on Add Account


Step 8 :

Click on Manual setup or additional server types and click on Next


Step 9 :

Now fill the required information as per your mail configuration settings from the cPanel. Select IMAP as the Account Type from the drop-down list.
Click on the checkboxes (Highlighted in green) then Click on More Settings… tab.

Step 10 :

Under the General Tab, In the Mail Account Field write down your mail address.


Step 11 :

Then Click on the Outgoing Server TabIn the User Name Field write down your mail address & input the mail account Password as well. Also, Click on the checkboxes (Highlighted in green) as shown, and click on OK



Step 12 :

Then Click on the Advanced TabFill the required input field & dropdown list as shown (Highlighted in green), and click on OK


Step 13 :Then Click on Next

Step 14 :

It will take some to check the configuration & connect with the mail server. After the checking completion, the following Window will appear.
Click On Close

Step 15 :

As all the checking is done, you have successfully completed the Outlook Mail Client Configuration.
Just click on Finish and you are good to go.
