If you already have a WordPress instance that you’d like to import into WordPress Hosting, you can do so through the “My Instances” page in your client area. Begin by clicking on “Add New Instance” and selecting “Import Existing WordPress Instance.”
Enter the URL of your current WordPress instance and proceed by clicking “Continue.” To facilitate the import process, you’ll need to provide your FTP or SFTP connection details, allowing WordPress Hosting to access and download your existing instance.
